Local distributors
The demands include: sales experience above one year, investment value above 500,000, yearly sales value above 1,000,000, excellent ability of market exploiting and after-sales service, good credit standing, financing ability with stocks, and immediate sending goods after delivering funds. The objectives of sales generally are based on market demands and market share ratio, and rational yearly increase. Local distributors would be granted appropriate local protection and sales promotion policies.
Agents are given discount standards based on sales ability and some return points premium according to objective completing ratio at the end of each year. Corresponding notes should be referred according to sales promotion policy agreements. Local distributors are classified into two types: first-level agents and separate agents and the former must sign the agreement.
Cooperation at abroad
Foreign trade companies or foreign stock companies can exchange goods domestically or be exported directly. Exchange rate can be provided for RMB or dollar.
Local Representative
Representatives should have interpersonal relationship network about some products in a market is necessarily required, and can help our company to extend the products, and open up the market in a short time. The price of SDK is highly correlated with purchase quantity.
Original Design Manufacture
Customers requiring different sizes, functions or characteristics may entrust the whole design and development to our company; customers can purchase semi-manufactured goods from our company and sign ODM agreement in advance, whose design is based on specific sizes. Customers should pay for ODM design.
Mold Sharing
Colleagues are welcome to put forward the mold sharing plan to our assistant manager of our trading department if they are willing to share the plastic shells of our company. Mold sharing with the same or correspondent professions are most welcome to reduce the costs of design.
Parts Supply
Frequency converters profession and interested factories can purchase parts supply from our company, including control panel, drive panel, source panel, semiconductors, etc. Strategies of mutual supplement with each other¡¯s advantages are welcome.
Joint Venture Corporation
Customers with abundant funds and some market share ratio can establish other production lines to serve better for local customers because of large quantity of market demand and stable increase. It is ideal for local distributors to expand the market share ratio up to 10,000,000 Yuan a year for joint venture corporation generally. Therefore both sides invest funds and market separately, taking complementary advantages and building the production base beside customers to improve competitiveness. Difference between distribution and agency
Distribution Corporation
Distribution means that intermediate traders purchase our products, and the owning rights of the products are transferred to intermediate traders. Producers and intermediate traders take the responsibility of three-guarantee for customers. The price of distribution is put forward by the intermediate traders based on the value or quantity of one year, and producers make a price discount according to the sales quantity and market policy.

Agency Cooperation
Agency may be called business introduction, which aims at special customers of good relationship. Products of producers are recommended to customers by agents, and selling agents do not purchase the products.
Agreement should be signed for agency with producers in advance, and the agreement specifies the customers, time limit, types of products, specification, or characteristic loads. Both sides announce the discount ratio in advance (generally 3-5% based on the type of products). Agents must introduce customers with producers to finish the procedure directly. Products are provided by producers for the probation of customers, and agents take no responsibility or risks of collecting money, but no deduction would be obtained if money is not collected
